1. General 1.1. The Lucky Draw ("Event") is organized by Lala Purshottam Das Jewellers Pvt Ltd ("Organizer"). 1.2. By participating in the Event, all participants ("Participants") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility 2.1. The Event is open to individuals aged 18 and above as of the start date of the Event. 2.2. Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and anyone directly associated with the Event are not eligible to participate. 2.3. Participants must provide valid identification and contact information upon request. 2.4. The scheme is not valid on purchase of gold or silver bullion (in any form) and on any purchase of Divine Solitaire products.

3. Entry Requirements 3.1. To enter the Event, Participants must make a purchase of minimum One Lakh Rupees (1,00,000/-) on a single bill and complete the registration form for the lucky draw on the website www.lpdjewellers.com or by scanning the QR code on the coupon. 3.2. Each Participant is allowed unlimited entries depending on the number of invoices. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 3.3. The entry period starts on January 14, 2025, and ends on March 14, 2025, after which no further entries will be accepted.

4. Lucky Draw Mechanics 4.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 4.2. The draw will be conducted on quarterly basis online. 4.3. The Organizer's decision on the draw results is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. 4.4 The results of the draw will be published on the website.

5. Prizes 5.1. Prizes for the Event include various items as publicized. 5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items. 5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice. 5.4. Winners will be notified via phone and WhatsApp within two days of the draw date. 5.5. Unclaimed prizes within ten days from the date of announcement will be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to select alternative winners or dispose of the prizes at its discretion.

6. Liability6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by Participants as a result of their participation in the Event or acceptance of any prize. 6.2. The Organizer is not liable for any entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise not received for any reason beyond its control.

7. Personal Data7.1. By entering the Event, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Event, including announcing winners and distributing prizes. 7.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer's privacy policy.

8. Governing Law 8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kanpur. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur.

9. Additional Conditions9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Event at any time without prior notice. 9.2. Participation in the Event constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
